Select Mobility Scooter Rental

While visiting Disneyland with my son and grandson I rented a scooter from Select so I could keep up with them and enjoy our trip. The store is just outside the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. The customer service was incredible! They were so helpful and generous with the care they provided. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

When I bought my ticket for Disneyland ,I knew I'll need a scooter. After checking with a Disney representative, it turned out that the scooters they have for rent are first-come first-served. They recommended another company but they weren't very kind on the phone. After searching a few other places, I found "Select Mobility Scooter" on Google. I'm so glad I chose them because I received amazing customer service from them. They answered all my questions patiently (they even let me take a video of them explaining). I was very worried that the battery wouldn't last me the whole day even though the representative told me it would, and he was right. And the best thing of all is that they are located right across the street from Disneyland (just cross the road). I highly highly recommend them!!

This review has been a long time coming. About 5 years ago my illness progressed to the point that I was no longer able to walk as fast or as far as I normally could. Additionally I was on oxygen and had to carry that with me all the time. It can be scary to lose your freedom. To have to slow down. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to go with my nephews and nieces and other family to Disneyland because of my restrictions... Enter Select Mobility. I called and talked for a while about what I needed. They were very kind and patient. After my first rental I began renting scooters every time we come to stay in Anaheim. It has made the last 4-5 years of visits to California possible. Literally. It gives me the freedom to know I can get around and not be a anchor to slow down the group I am with. The batteries last all day and all night (as long as you charge it each night.) I have never had a battery die and they guarantee (and provide a 24 hr line) the battery will last. If you need better mobility or you are nervous about being able to get around, especially at Disneyland, I highly recommend Select Mobility. That anxiety will be gone and you will find that you will be able to go all night long, literally.

If they were not available, I would not have been able to enjoy my family on vacation to Disneyland, and all the activities that we’ve done for the last three days it made a made a good choice that I rented from now, and I will be returning to rent from them in the future. What an outstanding scooter rental experience. Right across the entrance to Disneyland Park. Located in the Best Western for easy pick up and drop off. Scooter worked great...very fast. Great pricing. Made it very easy to get around. The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Will rent from Select Mobility Scooter Rental every time I visit Disneyland!

Wonderful Company! I've had to call a few times due to my mistakes and the people working the office are always very friendly and understanding! They do an outstanding job with delivery and pick ups by delivering at your hotel the night before. These are faster, and considerably cheaper than the blue ones you rent at the park. I've used them quite a few times now and have never had a problem!
